Digital Vision USB digital TV recorder gains Freeview+ approval
Digital Vision has announced that its new DV-DTR1 USB digital TV recorder (DTR) has passed the Freeview+ requirement tests.
The DV-DTR1 USB DTR connects to any TV (via SCART) and can automatically re-tune when required.
The device enables recording and playback of digital TV via a USB, scheduling of recordings from the EPG onto 3 separate USB devices, recording while watching another recording and copying from one USB device to another.
The USB DTR also has audio description, subtitles, parental control and a favourite channels list.
Digital Vision said they are currently in negotiation with retailers to bring the DV-DTR1 USB digital TV recorder to market.
