Swiss-based HDTV channel and video-on-demand platform, iConcerts, has announced distribution deals with manufacturers Samsung, Toshiba Europe, LG, Philips and Panasonic to feature the iConcerts connected TV app on TVs, Blu-ray/DVD Players, set-top boxes and tablets.
The iConcerts application will introduce image based sliding menus, a promotional area with performances from international artists, and a premium service with over 1000 concerts available.
The myConcerts section of the app will allow users to share content across multiple screens.

Connected TV and tablet applications are a perfect complement to the HDTV broadcast. The iConcerts connected TV app will roll-out throughout Europe, Middle East and Asia.
