Joining the DTG
The DTG welcomes organisations involved in the development and marketing of digital television worldwide as members. The various categories of membership are explained below; further details and information are available from the DTG office.
Principal and Full membership ...
... is available to any organisation with a genuine and active interest in digital television.
Principal and Full membership constitutes entitlement to vote at Plenary meetings, online access to the "D-Book", together with email updates when they are published. Membership also allows members to participate at the various technical and marketing group meetings.
Affiliate membership ...
... is offered to organisations such as ourselves who represent different industry constituents and with whom we work to ensure that all aspects of the industry have a part in our development work.
World Affiliate membership ...
... is for organisations keen to investigate the UK model for digital terrestrial television but who are not active in the UK market. World Affiliate members receive online access to the DTG D-Book, together with email updates when they are published, and other publications which may have relevance to new implementations of DTT. We are always pleased to provide World Affiliates with advice and contacts, as far as we are able.
New Entrant Membership ...
... is for organisations that are entering the digital television industry with new products or services and do not yet have an established revenue stream and are not trading. It is expected that New Entrant members will progress to be Full DTG Members in due course.
