The retailers listed below have all given the DTG the following specific committments, that they will provide customers with the following:

  • a fair and accurate explanation of free-to-view options by area - specifically whether digital terrestrial TV coverage (DTT) is available as well as digital satellite, e.g. by using the postcode database available on the Digital TV Group website, supplemented by any relevant local information;
  • sell or rent digital TV receivers - DTT iDTVs and/or DTT free to view set top boxes and/or digital satellite set top boxes for non-subscribers plus guidance on obtaining free-to-view satellite viewing cards; and
  • offer an installation and aerial service or contacts if required.
